Application Overview
The TalentFlow Application is a unified platform designed to streamline the end-to-end evaluation process, from candidate project selection to final outcome. Candidates can either choose an existing project from the Project Bank or create a new one, followed by a structured approval flow involving managers and the L&D team. Once approved, candidates schedule their presentation, where panelists evaluate their performance using an integrated scoring system. The platform consolidates feedback and enables L&D to make a final decision, ensuring transparency and efficiency across all stages.
Challenges
The existing system relied heavily on manual workflows and multiple disconnected tools, leading to inefficiencies and errors. Key challenges included lack of visibility into request status, fragmented scoring across systems, manual coordination for scheduling and evaluation, and a non-intuitive interface that increased cognitive load for users. Additionally, managing multiple personas within the same system without clear role separation made the experience complex and inconsistent.
Goal
The goal of the project was to transform a fragmented, manual ITMR process into a centralized, role-based digital experience. The focus was on improving usability, reducing manual effort, enabling real-time evaluation, and providing clear visibility of the process for all stakeholders including candidates, managers, panelists, and L&D teams.
Result
The redesigned ITMR application delivered a streamlined and scalable solution by centralizing workflows and introducing role-based dashboards. It significantly reduced manual effort, improved evaluation accuracy through integrated scoring, and enhanced transparency with real-time status tracking. The new system enabled faster decision-making, better collaboration across stakeholders, and provided a seamless experience from project initiation to final outcome.
